GSA Teachers and Staff
Our teachers and staff at GSA are highly qualified, and most teachers have Professional certification through the Department of Education in the state of Florida.
More than half of our teachers have professional certification and the others are all working in programs that will lead to certification. Several teachers hold masters degrees in specialized areas. Our teachers are certified in science, math, language arts, elementary education, and special education.
The Islamic Studies/Quran/Arabic departments have highly qualified teachers. The number of years experience ranges from five years to twenty-five years in their specialized fields. The strength of our Quran department is evident in our Quranic Recitation Competition each year. Our students come in with no Arabic background and within a year most can read fluently.
The Islamic Studies teachers have several degrees from accredited universities to teach in their specialized subjects.
All teachers have a minimum of two years experience and some have as many as 10 years. Their level of dedication and commitment to the school and the students is unsurpassed and immeasurable in numerical terms.
